| In the21stcentury, an upsurge in the research and construction of smart gridsweeps across the whole world. As an important part of the grid, smart distributiongrid has become a new trend in the future grid’s development, which plays animportant role in achieving the overall objectives of smart grid construction.Therefore, a scientific, reasonable and comprehensive assessment system is in urgentneed to evaluate the smart distribution grid, namely comprehensive assessmentsystem of smart distribution grid. It can guide the development and planning of smartdistribution grid.According to key values and demands of smart distribution grids in China, asmart distribution grid comprehensive assessment index system is established in thispaper. Besides, an indices’ weight calculation and evaluation method is proposed,which is convenient to use in practical case. The main work is as follows:(l) Considering the need of grid’s stakeholders, a comprehensive assessmentindex system is build up, including demand index set and assessment index set.Demand indices represent the macroscopic features while assessment indicesrepresent the microscopic factors of the smart distribution grid.(2) Also a hierarchical optimization model with combination weight, which isbased on the DEMATEL-ANP-anti-entropy weight method and the improved Greyincidence approach, is proposed. The method effectively integrated subjectiveexperience information and objective attribute information to improve the accuracy ofcalculation and optimize the assessment results.(3) Delphi and curve fitting are also used to find the relationship functionsbetween index value and evaluation score. According to the basic data and indices’weights in (2), the final comprehensive assessment result of smart distribution grid isobtained.Results of applying the proposed method in practical case shows that theproposed method is valuable in following aspects: scientifically assessing theintelligent development level and effectiveness of distribution grid, analyzing and recognizing the grid’s operation condition and weak link, giving reference to planningand construction of smart distribution grid, and so on. |
