With the rapid development of construction industry, the demand of concrete is alsogrowing and the sand the stone and other raw materials of concrete generates a seriouscrisis. With the development of metallurgical industry, increasing discharge of tail of ironore, existence of iron ore destroy the surrounding natural environment. Test of irontailing sand concrete adopts the iron tailing sand instead of river sand under the conditionof adding certain additions. Test studies mainly the bonding performance of steel and irontailing sand concrete, and analyzes the corresponding performance of ordinary reinforcedconcrete. Meanwhile, test obtains the bonding anchorage formula. Contents of researchare as follows:The experiment studies the bonding anchorage performance of steel and iron tailingconcrete according to the72adhesive anchorage specimens, and analyzes the two kindsof different bond-slip curve under conditions of different strength grade of concrete(C20;C30;C40)and different HRB335bar diameter(12mm;16mm;20mm;25mm). Test hasthree test phenomenon of research, such as concrete splitting, bar pulled out, steelnecking and so forth, as well as theoretical description. The cure of rising segment issimilar according to the condition of test, and shear stress of decline is faster with thereduce of strength grade of iron tailing concrete.Compared with whole curve of ordinaryreinforced concrete which has roughly the same trend, its ultimate load is slightly lowerthan normal specimen, and result of test has generally the similarity of curve. In a word, anchorage performance of steel and iron tailing concrete has theresemblance of ordinary reinforced concrete. Iron tailing sand which can be completelyto replace river sand can be used for concrete of building structure, whose function is notonly to solve the problem of the shortage of normal concrete with sand, but also toachieve the purpose of rational utilization of iron tailing sand.
