| Study on the effective width is always a key direction of steel concrete beam structure ofcombination.but the common concrete structure itself has such defects of low tensile strength,for some of the upper flange slab of concrete need to under tension, it often can’t give full playto its advantages. In view of this situation, this paper intends to a new materials of reactivepowder concrete which has higher tensile strength that can improve the field of compositebeams.Comparative analysis is used in this thesis, through the ANSYS modeling, discusses thedifferent load types under different width, span ratio conditions, changes in the effective widthof RPC-beam steel beams and steel-concrete composite. And gives the relevant conclusionsof the analysis.The effective width of RPC-composite beam decreased gradually when the width spanratio increase, the effective width of concrete flange following changes of different types ofloads:Under concentrated load, the effective width has a minimum value at load point, andthen increases along the beam direction, then decreases again on the bearing.wherein thewidth span ratio, the more obvious the change. But under uniformly distributed load, theeffective width of composite beams get maximum value at the center of the beam, thengradually reduce the support at both ends.The RPC-steel composite and steel-concrete composite beam under the same externalconditions, the change of effective width of flange painted by graph shape is similar, Throughcomparative analysis,it found that the effective width of RPC-composite beam is bigger thansteel-concrete composite under the same conditions. |
