With the continuous development of semiconductor technology, semiconductor laserdevice in the field of military industry, manufacturing industry, computer industry,electronic communications industry, biotechnology industry, medical industry and otherwidely used power semiconductor lasers for energy as part of a semiconductor laser devicemay not integral part of it.Based on the technical specifications given around repetition rate pulsed power supplyfor semiconductor lasers to carry out a series of studies. First formulated the main circuit isdivided into three-part program: front-end circuit (three-phase rectifier and capacitorcombination rectifier circuit), the middle-class circuit (phase-shifted full-bridge ZVSconverters), post-stage circuit (current pulse generating circuit). Pre-current circuit willprovide three-phase AC power to DC rectifier circuit point of the middle class;intermediate-level circuit can be smoothly transported back stage circuit power, thatmiddle-class state of constant power circuit to work; later stage circuit by hysteresisinternally generated constant current and formed inside freewheeling circuit current pulsethrough the control switch output repeat frequency.In this paper, a more detailed analysis of the working principle of the power of themain circuit, the method gives the power circuit component parameter selection, and hasbeen designed in accordance with the method. Focus on middle-class circuit(phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS converter) conducted mathematical modeling, has beenopen-loop transfer function.Proposed three control methods: constant voltage charging mode, constant currentcharging mode, constant power charging mode, the use of the three control circuit andmethod for intermediate level after level circuit simulation to verify the correctness of the control method and ratio three control methods for their advantages and disadvantages.Build the hardware platform, the preparation of control programs, designed PCinterface experiments were carried out to obtain the experimental results demonstrate theeffectiveness of task design. And analysis of experimental results, the design has beenoptimized through the line. |
