Designing and analysis the main body has been carried out specially for the heater of1kW dish Stirling engine. That the design calculation of the system has studied in thethesis. Enhance the efficiency and minish the measurement and weight to the greatestextent on the occasion of guaranteeing the valid design power. Therefore,to understandthe factor of changing the performance is the first. There are many factors influencingthe functionof the thermomotor, however, only several parameter exits as to the wholemachine.After the calculation of the basic design, analysis the heater by CFD software tool andcontrast the three heaters in different structure so that manufacture the more efficientheater in a better way to process. The article has done some research in the followingways in order to find out the best method to design the heater.(1) After consulting references and integrating the former market, design the basicheater structure of1KW stirling engine by referring to the dimension parameter ofthe exiting heater in the method of Schmidt algorithm. In the meanwhile, calculatethe heat transfer process of the heater by the knowledge of fluid mechanics and heattransfer theory owing to determine the numerical value of the inner diameter, theouter diameter, the number and the length of the heat pipe.(2) According to the step (1), build a CFD model of the three heater after designingthree different heaters respectively. After that, Determine the best kind of heater bythe comparison of the flow velocity of the exhaust gas, the distribution of theexhaust gas’s temperature,the pressure difference by the entry and exit of the threekinds of heaters.The article make a study to conclude the most optimizing designing scheme of the heaterof1KW stirling engine owing to analysis the key parameters.
