At present, with the rapid development of industrialization in our country, theproduction scale of enterprises are also increasing, so, the enterprise have to buide newworkshop to meet the production requirements, resulting in growing number of industrialworkshop, volume increasing, the structure is also becoming more and more complex.Industrial plant has two main problem, high energy consumption and the environment ispoor, a lot of heat and harmful gas emissions with the production process, not only directlyaffect the health of workers, equipment service life, also affect the normal operation of theproduction serious. Good ventilation system, can saving energy and reducingconsumption,at the same time, improve the efficiency of the ventilation, to build a goodworking environment.Ventilation system can be divided into mechanical ventilation and natural ventilationsystem, mechanical ventilation system with high efficiency, but the energy consumptionis too high; Natural ventilation system don’t consume the power, can realize the purpose ofsaving energy and reducing consumption of industrial building, but the shortcomings oflow efficiency can’t build a good environment, therefore, this topic, by reforming theindustrial plant natural ventilation system to ensure that the plant can reduce the energyconsumption, at the same time, build a good environment. Large iron and steel industrybuilding as the research object in this topic, Modified the place, shape, and exhaust ofdormer, put forward three kinds of retrofit scheme, improve the monitor height, moveback of the monitor, horizontal arrangement of the monitor, after modification, workshoptemperature is decreased obviously, and the environment improved, proved the feasibility of the three kinds of retrofit scheme. Then, we also put the three kinds of transformationtogether, get better optimization results. The result shows that the three kinds of retrofitscheme is verified, independence and complementarity, by reasonable match the threeretrofit scheme, can gain better optimization effect.This topic mainly adopts CFD (computational fluid dynamics) method to set up themodel of workshop, set up the related conditions and parameters, complete the solvingprocess, and then complete the numerical simulation of natural ventilation process,analysis of the state and the related parameter of the air in the workshop, providesscientific theoretical basis and effective implementation method,For optimal design ofindustrial building ventilation system.
