With the continuous development of construction industry and people’s comfortrequirements rise ceaselessly, the total energy consumption is now rising, now hasaccounted for30%of the total energy consumption society above. The presentsituation of building energy consumption in China and its development tendency,which makes the development of energy-saving building as realizing sustainabledevelopment, building a resource-conserving, environment-friendly society’sinevitable choice.Wuhan is the typical city of hot summer and cold winter region and theimportant energy saving region. At the same time, China is promoting the nationalregulation of the state new residence and the design standards witch must strictlyimplement in public buildings’ energy-saving as reducing65percents of energy. Butaccording to recent survey of the residential energy-saving, also there is a bigdifference between part of the housing energy saving ratio and energy-saving standard.Thus, it makes new residential energy-saving technology and economic evaluationbecome the one of the more prominent and pressing questions.The building energy consumption is mainly manifested in the thermal insulationof building palisade structure through analysis, the purpose of this article is how tostand in the perspective of energy, economy and efficiency evaluation of buildingpalisade structure, and choose the best comprehensive benefit, economy is the mostsuitable retaining structure, at the same time,it’s also the focus of building energyefficiency work.This article mainly embarks from the Wuhan regional climate characteristics andthe building thermal environment to analysis retaining structure in Wuhan technicalmeasures under the premise of building energy saving65%standard in our country.At the same time considering two big characteristics of energy-saving buildingeconomic evaluation of "whole life period perspective" and "multi-objectiveevaluation", combined with the engineering economy, the construction costs, buildingenergy consumption theory, etc. Then it summary and extracted for a system ofeconomic evaluation of science energy-saving building palisade structure. This paperalso uses different retaining structures of typical energy-saving buildings in Wuhanunder the system of economic evaluation of case analysis, providing theoreticalsupport background for Wuhan building palisade structure selection andenergy-saving work, at the same time in the selection of scientific research, it helps the building materials research and development department to provide scientificevaluation method. The paper main researches content as follows:(1) Analyzing the climate characteristics of Wuhan and the building thermalenvironment characteristics, combining with the present situation of energy-saving inWuhan, analysis the technical measures system of the current retaining structure usedmore in Wuhan (outer wall, the outside window, roof);(2) Combining with general financial indicators of the project, building upsuitable energy saving building palisade structure of energy consumption, theeconomy and benefit for the integration of economic evaluation system.(3)Based on the index system, combining the entropy value method and the greycorrelation analysis method, the palisade structure economic evaluation model isestablished, and the energy saving case of Wuhan use the evaluation model, whichempirical applicability and operability of the model.
