Tube-fin heat exchangers in a wide range of applications in the industrial field andour life, such as automotive, air conditioning and refrigeration, petrochemical, aerospaceand other industries. Usually the gas flowing through outside of the tube, and the totalthermal resistance of the heat exchanger of the gas-side accounted for70%-90%,which is the main heat resistance. Low environmental impact of energy efficiency underhigh gas side heat transfer enhancement is more important. This paper focuses on thelongitudinal vortex generators rectangular channel heat exchanger and flowcharacteristics were studied.Re=5058-10641,v=1.1559-2.33, the angle of attackα=15degree、30degree、45degree、60degree、75degree, experimental research delta winglet continuous anddiscontinuous (s=2、4mm) of the new triangle wing vortex generator arrays of differentsizes and angles of attack on heat transfer. The results show that: As new sheetreasonable delta heat better than the triangular geometry results winglets.When the angleof attack α=60degree spacing=2mm the heat exchanger is best; increased heatexchange with the high wing increases.Abscissa X=100-180mm range is reducedbecause the wake affect the heat transfer intensity, with the fluid flow longitudinal vortexgenerated heat exacerbated cryogenic fluid mixing fluids and to enhance heattransfer.Heat transfer in vertical eddy range up to X=620mm.The installation of continuous and discontinuous (s=2、6mm) plate array of newdelta wing vortex generator side of the rectangular channel of the air flow and heattransfer characteristics of three-dimensional numerical simulation, the simulation results:aspect ratio l h=30-30, s=2mm winglets heat transfer is best; attack angleα=30degree heat transfer factor is better than the15degree,α=60degree heat transfer factorheat exchanger is worst.
