With the rapid development of China’s economic and society,high-rise buildings arespringing up in cities.To ensure the construction safety and engineering quality, numericalsimulation and real-time monitoring of structure in construction process has increasinglygot the attention of the engineering. Shear wall core tube is a common core part of thehigh-level structure.Most high-rise structure has a high requirement of constructiontechnology, many construction equipments with complicated process and high technicalcontent have emerged. Construction equipment is an important factor affecting constructionschedule and quality, also a key link of the safety control.Based on Tianjin noble blue international financial centre project,this paper adopts themethod of numerical simulation and monitoring, studies the impact on the shear wall coretube affected by the construction equipment,to provide technical guidance for the safty ofthe construction. The main working contents of this paper are as follows:1.Establish the models of the outside climb type tower crane and the shear wall coretube in the construction process, figure out the mechanical characteristic of the tower craneunder various work conditions,study the stress and deformation of the shear wall core tubeaffected by the tower crane.2.Establish the models of the hydraulic climbing form and the shear wall core tubeduring construction, work out the mechanical characteristic of the hydraulic climbing form,study the stress and deformation of the core tube affected by the hydraulic climbing form.3.Establish the model of the shear wall core tube under the common impact of thetower crane and the hydraulic climbing form,work out the stress and deformation of thetube under different conditions, and analyze the mechanical effect of the shell wall coretube with the equipment under the action of earthquake and wind.4. Layout vibrating string type strain sensors in the shear wall core tube, monitor thestrain of the core tube, and compare with the results of the numerical calculation,to verifythe rationality of the model and the reliability of the results.
