In the gear fault diagnosis, such as wear of the gear’s tooth, pitting corrosion, thegear crack fault, which is relatively weak, easy to be submerged in noise, and the existenceof modulation phenomenon, the gear fault diagnosis, it is difficult to be extracted, it isdifficult to diagnose the fault. If don’t timely maintenance or repair, which will cause someserious consequences. Therefore, reasonable and effective to diagnose the gear fault, canreduce unnecessary losses, to prevent accidents is very important.Based on the of vibration signal in this paper, comprehensive applicationautocorrelation function, EMD theory and Energy Operator demodulation method, powerspectrum analysis, deeply study of gear fault feature, the main research content of thispaper is shown in the following:First of all, in this paper, the autocorrelation noise reduction theory is discussed indetail, through the simulation verify the noise reduction performance, the results show thatit has a good noise reduction effect.Secondly, using the simulation signal to research and analysis demodulation methods,find out their limitations. This paper combined the autocorrelation analysis,EMD withEnergy Operator demodulation, so that accurate demodulation the amplitude-frequencymodulation signal of contain the noise;combined The EEMD autocorrelation analysis,with Energy Operator demodulation, so that accurate demodulation theamplitude-frequency modulation signal of contain the noise;through the analysis of thesimulation signal shows that the two methods both can accurately modulate demodulationinformation from the amplitude-frequency modulation signal. meanwhile, them has goodnoise resistance.Then, on the basis of previous research, the paper combined time domain analysis,power spectrum analysis with the demodulation method based on autocorrelation analysisand the EMD decomposition, for the diagnosis of gear fault type, position; the papercombined time domain analysis, power spectrum analysis with the demodulation methodbased on the EMD decomposition and autocorrelation analysis, for the diagnosis of gear fault type, position;Finally, through the relevant equipment acquisition are respectively the gear wearand gear tooth root crack failure of gear vibration signals, the results show that thecomprehensive application of the time domain analysis, power spectral analysis,autocorrelation analysis, the EMD theory and energy operator demodulating method caneffective and comprehensive diagnosis the fault of gear.
