Study On The Urban Cultural Landscape Conduction Based On The Development Of Social Civilization

The city civilization is a comprehensive reflection of the social development level inthe city, the soul and spiritual sublimation of city image. The development degree of citysocial civilization reflects and determines the quality, level and spirit of the city image. Thefirst thing to show city civilization form is the city cultural landscape, which is people’svisual sense to city civilization and the first impression. However, with rapid economicdevelopment and haste urbanization process in China, there are a lot of problems in ourcity cultural landscape construction. The city landscape homogenization phenomenon isserious, cities losing themselves slowly. This paper is to locate the culture attribute of cityand find their own city characteristics by six principles-advanced culture, the publicaesthetic, moral pursuit, history and culture, ethnic style and regional feature, according tothe current status of city social civilization. Evaluating the current construction situation ofdomestic city cultural landscape, on the basis of city culture attribute theory, endorsed thepractice that combined tradition with modern style of Xi’an, Chengdu, Wu xi in culturelandscape construction. The paper also summarizes the existing problems in the currentconstruction of city landscape, then points out its unreasonable places and puts forwardcorresponding suggestion, aiming to provide a new thinking angel for city landscapeconstruction and provide an new reference.This paper consists of four main parts.The first part is the summary of city culturallandscape, which generalizes and summarizes the domestic and foreign present researchsituation of city culture landscape construction from the general sense. It also discusses theimportance, difficulty, innovation and writing train of thought. The second part brieflyintroduces the conceptions of the city, culture and landscape. Then it puts forward theview of cultural attribute, analyzing this point from six principles-the advanced culture, theelegant public aesthetic, healthy moral pursuit, the excellent history and culture, distinctivenational style and regional characteristics. Based on these six principle, our cities aredivided into four different types, which are history and culture cities, industrial and economic cities, nationality and religion cities, the natural landscape cities. The third partanalyzes the culture landscapes in Xi’an,Chengdu, Wu xi according to principles of urbancultural attribute. It focuses on the analysis of the success of these urban landscape, whichis combined history and culture with current advanced city culture. The fourth part is tosummarizes current problems in the construction of urban cultural landscape. Theproblems include landscapes homogenization, excessive development, landscape vulgarityand imitative trend. At last, the paper makes out the corresponding measures. The paperillustrates the unreasonable existence and influence of these problems by listing the typicalurban cases. The purpose is to provide a reference for the urban landscape construction andstudy urban culture landscape construction from the angle of development of city socialcivilization development.
