Again, the theory andmethod about design was applied to design the medical institutions’identity-oriented system,which not only expands The scope of the crowd who use the oriented identity in medicalinstitutions, improve the efficiency of sign’s identifiability, effectively guide the patients, but alsooptimize the process and improve the efficiency of the treatment.Finally, through the spotinvestigation of People’s Hospital in Suining County,analysing the existing problems,physiological and psychological characteristics of the patients and their needs and expectations ofthe identity-oriented system in hospital, which in turn to design the identity-oriented system ofPeople’s Hospital in Suining County.
