The Design Of Garden Machinery-improveddesign Of The Grass Cutter

With the advancement of technology and the development of society, more andmore high technology products are integrated into our lives. In the garden machinery,lawn mower is one of them. In addition to our park common knapsack, Inclined, handpush mower which are common seen in the park and some like riding mower, lawnmower in the water,electric lawn mower,solar lawn mower can be seen sometimes, andwith the constantdevelopmentof technology,mower is also developing into intelligent,automated direction. Todayintelligentmower is also slowly integrated into our lives.But there are still a lot of questions so that users can’t work in more comfortableenvironment in the garden, which leads to a relatively large obstacle, mainly reflectedin the operation and the use of the product. The user can not easily and comfortablycomplete the operation, so there is also a lot of research space in the ease of productdesign.In this paper,industrial psychology and ergonomics design guidance as the basictheory of operation, in order to improve users’ comfortfor operation,i interviewed andinvestigated them for the exchange, and as for the problem of questionnaire, listened touser suggestions and modified them later. Eventually conducted a formal investigationfor user and extracted the productfactors, analyzed and summarized it accordingto userdemand factors. At last, established appropriate user model, using the relevanttheoretical knowledge, contacting the user model, improved it, enhanced user comfortproducts, improved the relationship between users and products, and provided associated design referencefor future design.
