Urban green space system as an important part of the city, more and moreget people’s attention. Entered the stage of rapid development for the northwestof the county, the construction of urban green space, however, few studies ofcounty green space system. With ChengChengXian city as an example, thispaper with the usage of green space system and cognitive study, total demandand the analysis of hierarchy, functions and layout, the aimed at unearthingChengChengXian feature and the present situation of city green space system,and the problem oriented, to seek the planning approaches, principles andmethods to solve the problem, put forward targeted county green space systemplanning countermeasures. To supplement the green space system research trainof thought and broaden the research scope, for the same type in the region tooffer reference for urban green space system planning.Usage notes and cognitive research to the ground observation,questionnaire and interview to investigate the use of the county green spacecharacteristics, consumer behavior, preferences and satisfaction, and summarizethe county green space used in the present, such as the obvious differencesbetween green land utilization, lack of green land sustainable vitalit y andpopularity, the main activity type change, residents’ diverse recreation demandwas not met and the characteristics of green satisfaction has higher ascensionspace. Total demand in the study of the combination of the three major indexesevaluation, summed up the total due to causes such as consciousness is weak,the lack of funds, the problem of insufficient, and based on the ecologicaldemand and to forecast the total amount for the green recreation demand; Level structure of the study found that the county green space level structure isimperfect, the present situation of the hierarchy is not clear problem, andsummarize a line level division standard is not suitable for the clear city was thecause of the problem, therefore, on the basis of the experience at home andabroad for reference, according to the scale of the county and the influencefactors of structure, put forward "country park, city parks, residential park,group green space" of the quaternary structure, provide the basis forconfiguration size and service radius of green space at all levels. Function andlayout of the research analyzes the features of different types of green spacedeviation between expectations and status quo of the benefit, and for differenttypes of green space overall respectively from the Angle of the use function,ecological and landscape functions, using the population rate of park service,the park service area rate of two measures of service level, fragmentation index,fractal dimension and three landscape ecological evaluation indicators anddiversity index and the method of cognitive map of qualitative and quantitativeanalysis of the problems existing in the layout, including: the park green spacedistribution, ecological pattern of instability and lack of landscape features. Andproblem oriented, in consideration of urban natural conditions (topography,wind speed and direction, and geological hazards) and the social conditions(urban nature, history and culture, population, layout structure and using theobject requirements) factors, on the basis of urban green space layout of theresponse to a variety of functions, including improving the park system,building corridor and patch habitat, and through the node green space andlandscape green corridor to building the green space layout of the citycharacteristics.Based on the above characteristics and optimization strategy, this paperfinally puts forward planning on clarification of city green space systemplanning principles and objectives as well as recreation, ecological andlandscape green space system planning. And green space system planningmethod should pay attention to comprehensive investigation and analysis, thispaper put forward the programming of the targeted strategy; Focus on the overall analysis of the spatial structure of system integrity, distinct; Bothmultidimensional view function, improve the comprehensive benefits of urbangreen space.
