Prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile as a superior performance undergroundpile foundation material has become one of most important foundation constructionmaterial. They are widely used in all sorts of engineering project, including industry andcivil buildings, bridges and so on. In order to manufacture high quality of high-strengthpipe pile concrete, generally required the use of mineral admixtures, such as quartzpowder, slag powder, fly ash and so on. But so far, system comparative study of variousmineral admixtures affected on the mechanical behavior of concrete pipe pile wasrelatively less. This paper studies the different admixtures on the mechanical behaviorof high-strength concrete pipe pile, and analyzed different admixtures pipe pile concreteunder uniaxial compression condition stress-strain curve. The main conclusions of thispaper showed as follows:(1) Through the orthogonal experiment design and pipe pile production practice,we found the main factors affecting the strength of concrete pipe pile: the amount ofcoarse aggregate>fine aggregate>cement, the optimal dosage of cement is480kg/m3,fine aggregate630kg/m3, coarse aggregate1380kg/m3.(2) On the basis of optimizing mix proportion, use quartz sand, slag, fly ash(10%~40%replace amount) showed that the highest concrete strength with20%quartz,40%slag,10%fly ash.(3) Use quartz sand, slag, fly ash double mixing (1:1、2:1、1:2;30%replace cement)showed quartz sand and slag(1:2), slag and fly ash(1:1), quartz sand and fly ash(2:1)was the best dosage. (4) Mineral admixtures could enhance the splitting tensile strength of the pipe pileconcrete with different levels. But after double mixing the increasing of splitting tensilestrength was not obvious.(5) From different mineral admixture pipe pile concrete stress-strain curve, pipepile concrete rising period for linear growth, it varying degrees of brittle fracture afterthe peak.
