Study Of Garden Machinery Design

With the development of human civilization and the improvement of scientific andtechnology, the green garden area has been rapid promote. Especially for the kinds ofgarden machineries’ updated. Meanwhile the operating level and technical design aspectcontinuously increase.On current study of the garden machinery, it is only focus on the design andtechnical of mechanical. There is no study involve the in the relationship among thehuman、machine、environment. When gardener working with the mechanic they arelimited by the mechanical conditions. Because of the machines are lack of coordinationand comfort. This situation often results in the decrease of mechanical efficiency anddamage the machine. Also this design defect increased the cost.This thesis studies on Hedge trimmer which is one of the garden machines. On theview of the gardener, use the theory of Human Engineering andHarmonization-Easiness-Joviality of knowledge, study with the relationship among thehuman、machine、environment. After collect the date and the information carefully,design the survey questionnaire and investigation, through the SPSS analysis method,fine out the problem in the traditional hedge machine when it is work. The goal isestablish the users’ mental model and task model, and to improved it comfortable.Based on that design and improve the hedge. This paper puts forward on how toimprove the machine HEJ uses in Xi’an for the region. And to rethink the hedgerowmachine design, separated from the engine idea about the soft and instead of cured barand cutting head. By changing the design scheme, reduce the vibration of the engine toimprove the hedgerow machine become more comfort when the gardeners use it.Improve the hedgerow machine’s function and quality. Hope this study will give the garden machinery new angle of view.
