TFS AC synchronous motor is assembled by connecting coupling and drive motor,mainly used for delivery test and test power source. This kind of alternator has obviousadvantages, low reliability issue, less maintenance, excellent winding heat dissipation,large range of voltage, high usage coil slot, and uses insufficient glue insulationspecifications. Therefore, we can expect for a broad market and good prospects fordevelopment. The series TFS alternator adopt not only less rubber insulation material ofalternating current electrical machine but also high-speed motor structure, which brings theTFS alternator provide leading level of both electromagnetic and mechanical parameters.This paper describes TFS alternator speed electromagnetic design, structural design,standardization application in the motor design, the rotor stress analysis and calculation,particularly magnetic pole fixure, the centrifugal force of rotating parts, and busbar ofpoles connection. Meanwhile, according to the bussiness situation, the developmentprospect of this kind of motor was predicted in this paper.
