As automotive industry development, to fulfill the requirement of Energyconservation and emission reduction, the small-displacement direct injection gasolineengine with turbo is being widely on development and application, the engine canconsume less gasoline and output bigger torque, also the bigger torque fluctuation.Traditional clutch disc torsion damper can’t fulfill this requirement, the Dual MassFlywheel can be the solution, but the cost is very high for economy vehicle. So theoptimization and innovation for traditional clutch disc torsion damper seems veryimportant.Based on one vehicle, the driveline torsion vibration mechanical model isestablished, torsion vibration model in idle condition and drive condition. The keyparameters of driveline are got by measurement. According to Newton second law, thekinetic equation is listed by the method of equivalent transformation, Analysis showsthe driveline torsion vibration natural characteristic. The engine torsion model is alsobuilt up.The driveline torsion vibration simulation is performed by the software Dyfasim,the result shows that the vibration damper parameter influence the driveline torsionvibration characteristic. The smaller stiffness and hysteresis, the better isolation in idlecondition. For drive mode, the resonance amplitude can be reduced by increasing thedamper hysteresis. The resonance speed can be transferred to the low engine speed byreducing the damper stiffness and increasing the gearbox inertia. The stiffness of theside shafts and the gearbox inertia should be matched with the torsion damper stiffness,so that the resonance speed can be not at the low engine speed at which the excitationis high, also the vibration isolation at low engine speed area can be better.the clutch disc torsion damper with Centrifugal Pendulum Vibration Absorber isbasically analyzed, it shows that using the clutch disc torsion damper with CentrifugalPendulum Vibration Absorber can avoid the resonance at the normal drive speed areain drive condition, also shows the better vibration isolation. This application would bea good innovation.
