Splitting machine is a key equipment in the production process of split block, thetechnological content and the degree of automation of present foreign related machinery is low.In view of existing problems, This design studied deeply.This paper used the experience designmethod and the way of combining the modern design technology, applied material mechanicstheory and knowledge, designed SF-3block splitting machine, researched analysis andsimulation of it. The main work includes the following aspects:Firstly, researched on the overall layout of the block splitting machine, splitting machineperformance index and main technical parameters to be determined.Then calculate the tool andits supporting structure,balance bar structure, chain wheel push rod structure, and determined theparameters and specifications of all purchased parts. The survey and analysis of the fracturesplitting machine for the blocks at home and abroad, block splitting machine of the foreigntechnology advantages and disadvantages are summarized.We designed principal components in the digital. Using three-dimensional modelingsoftware UG, the three-dimensional model of every block splitters parts is established, and getthe virtual assembly; Main components with the finite element analysis software ANSYS hascarried on the structure statics analysis and modal analysis, etc. According to the result ofanalysis. For the platform and the vertical plate, appropriate improvements were made on thestructure. For the realization of the technical performance indicators of the splitters provides astrong guarantee.We completed the trial production of block splitting crack machine. And after assembling,debugging and preliminary test, we successfully developed the SF-3smart block splittingmachine with independent intellectual property rights.They are all based on the block splittingmachine data study, overall design, checking calculation, structure analysis and so on.After the research on block splitting machine, The main performance parameters ofSF-3block splitting machine can meet the design requirements. Through the analysis ofthe modal analysis and the static structure of the main parts of splitting machine to verifythe rationality of the overall design. This equipment have been put on the market, not onlyachieved good economic benefit, also provided some experience for the follow-up developmentof related equipment.
