Energy and environmental problems afflict the life today, forcing a transfer of the autoindustry.The development of electric vehicles not only caters to the slogan of the energyconservation and emissions reduction, but also solves the world oil crisis. Battery system as thecore of the electric car technology, these characteristics are need,high utilization rate, safe andreliable, durable.The advantages of lithium battery,such as high energy density, light weight, highpower endurance, low self-discharge rate, no memory efficiency, strong adaptability to high andlow temperature make lithium battery be widely used and developmented in pure electric vehicles.Also lithium battery has the characteristic of green environmental protection, and has guidingeffect to break the traditional battery defects, breakthrough innovation.In view of the present battery system design and production, It must be completed in theprocess of production of the battery system that some performance tests and trial operation torealize the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis. This paper implement the following researchand validation.First through theoretical analysis of the features of the battery, we can know durningthe process using the battery,these problems overvoltage, undervoltage, unsteady temperatureanomaly, charge and discharge current are related to the service life of the battery system andsafety. Combined with remote monitoring technology to realize remote monitoring system to thebattery commissioning state, from two aspects of hardware and software design to display designideas and implementation approach. The proximal system is connected with remote PC and themobile phone terminal through GPRS technology.The TCP/IP technology is selected to transmissdatas, to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data transmission, real-time monitoring of running status of the battery and abnormal alarm.The Labview technology is used to design remote PC, receiving state parameter andabnormal data packet. the data received will be classified to do management and performanceanalysis, abnormal analysis, troubleshooting and make implementation on the improvement of themonomer battery inconsistency.Also can provide data analysis and design environment for thedevelopment of balanced management technology and safety control technology.
