Not only season seasonal frozen temperature, and the day is also a greattemperature difference between day and night, in this case, Roadbed produce freezingand thawing, pavement temperature cracks, temperature shrinkage cracks, reflectioncracks and other cracks easily, which affects road performance and service life.In this paper, we investigated seasonal frozen pavement area on the NationalHighway G111reconstruction project (from section NanDaLiang to sectionSaDaiGouMen). By analyzing the characteristics of seasonal frozen and Pavementclimatic causes, we can get the seasonal frozen Pavement generation mechanism. Through comparative analysis of disease control technical measures includingpavement cold recycling technology, SBS modified asphalt pavement, and SMAAsphalt Pavement, SMA Asphalt Pavement obtained has better performance andcrack resistance, and proposed SMA surface+Semi-rigid base+Gravel CushionStructure Design Method.By analyzing the temperature field boundary conditions, building structuremodel of SMA pavement, and with ANSYS finite element software to analyzepavement temperature distribution and road surface temperature gradient forcecharacteristics, Based on this, getting the bottom layer of SMA and the surface layerof stress and time sine function relational model. By constructing SMA pavementstructure model and ANSYS software to analysis pavement joint load and temperaturefield under coupling SMA Asphalt Pavement mechanical performance, to get theconclusion that seasonal frozen pavement damage is caused mainly by the tensilestress temperature load. Achievements can effectively prevent early disease andprolong the life of asphalt pavement, road maintenance and reconstruction to reducethe economic costs for China’s highway transportation infrastructure is important.
