Under The Complicated Conditions Of Guangzhou Tianhe Business Project Modification Based On The Process Design And Practice Exploration

This essay focus on the commercial complex architecture which is being used before theconstruction process has been completed, due to historical reasons in the process ofurbanization in our country. These kinds of architecture bring negative influence to the cityimage and economic benefits. It proposes the methods of exploring about how to change thedesign time under the complicate condition of the project.This paper based on the Guangzhou Tianhe Business project, which has developmenttime, complex intermediate process. Its particularity lies that in a few years ago theconstruction drawing design was already finished, the basement part has been completedconstructed, and the construction on the ground has not been started.On this basis, wesummarized and analyzed the fundamental data of the project, combined the characteristicsthat commercial business characteristics that implement business plan positioning beforeplanning and design, finished the comprehensive analysis of the commercial businessenvironment features of the project area, and put forward the differentiation businessstrategy.As the same time, we researched the complex external traffic organization, from thetwo aspects of garage system and walking system, straightened out the internal and externaltransportation system of commercial complex building seamless, and maximized efficiency.Moreover, in terms of economic aspect, we undertook many scheme comparison, selected thedesign which could maximum satisfied the major technical-economic indices. Third, wecombined with relevant theoretical knowledge, undertook systematic exploration researchaccording to the problems among main function of the commercial complex, such as raisingbasement parking number, perfecting combination of business line and forms organization incommercial podium building, improving the use area and the ability of vertical transportationof office building standard layer, etc. After the modification, the design scheme could achievea variety of hardware and software requirements of the commercial business, at the same timeto integrate the building exterior image, highlight the regional characteristic.This whole article is to record the exploring process of actual project combined with thenew present different design concept, and expects that the thinking and research methodduring this process can be referenced and applied in similar projects in the future.
