Foundation And Reclaimed Water Pipeline Construction Research Near The Highway

With the rapid development of society and economy, the municipalinfrastructures in our city is becoming diversified and intersectional. The highway isan important infrastructure of modern society and it is playing an vital role in oureconomic development. To ensure the safety of highway and make it in goodcondition, we need not only appropriate repair and maintenance works, but alsoreducing the influences and impacts on the expressway sub-grade and pavement byother municipal facilities during construction period. The drainage system andpipeline project near the highway relates to the construction of deep foundation pit.How to make the highway sub-grade and pavement stable while the construction ofdeep foundation is going on is a big problem worthy considerable attention. To getthat problem settle we could start from the many aspects of excavation and supportsystem of foundation, artificial precipitation plan and measurement and monitor ofhighway sub-grade and pavement.This article takes the example of the pipe jacking construction procedures of JinGang Highway. It starts from introducing the general engineering situation whichincluding the geological and hydrological conditions of the project. The engineeringsituations are given in detail and it will serve as the basis for further designing andconstruction procedures. This article primarily focuses on the designing of foundationengineering and the pipe jacking construction of the project. In the designing respect,the author paid great attention to the foundation pit retaining program and theprecipitation plan. This article described the construction procedures in detail and aprecise calculation about the construction was given. In the end of this paper, theauthor discussed the emergency plans and some preventive measures because theauthor thinks it is essential to the management and safety of the project. In order tocoordinate the contradiction between the normal operation of highway and theconstruction of nearby municipal facilities, construction control measures and monitorways of some relevant projects was discussed in the end of this article. All the workshere in this article is to provide some references for projects in the future.
