Vibration problem of the motor is the common problem of the motor industry, inmotor design phase of the vibration characteristic analysis of forecast, and thevibration problem of events can put forward reasonable solution, is the motorenterprises urgently need to solve problems in production. How to accuratelycalculate vibration frequency conversion motor, so as to find out the reasonablestructure design, and thus improve the quality of motor design and level, strengthenthe competitiveness of the enterprise, has become one of the key technology of motormanufacturing enterprises.This thesis aimed at my unit production of a certain type of variable frequencymotor running at a particular frequency, the motor rotor bearing in the directionperpendicular to the bearing of the two vibration displacement is larger, more than thesafe operation of the motor standard this practical problem, adopt the method ofcomputer simulation are studied. Respectively through the simulation software, themotor of the original model of the rotor, stator, chassis and engine modal calculation,it is concluded that the vibration frequency and vibration of the engine parts and type,and compared with the actual usage, find the key factors influencing the frequency;Then the shell structure of the motor, the rotor, bearing to adjust the relevant parts,such as vibration, stiffness, strength simulation, extraction parts and vibration modeand frequency of the machine, determine the cause of vibration, and put forwardoptimization scheme based on results of calculating the finite element softwareABAQUS, raise the low order resonance frequency of the whole machine to workabove the vibration frequency, so that the motor run properly. Paper mainly throughthe simulation software provides a train of thought to solve the problem of the motorvibration.
