| The development of tunnel construction to long and large section has alreadybecome trend, and water gushing has been a serious threat to the tunnel engineeringconstruction. Based on the rock temperature method, this paper takes the west lake No.2tunnel, which locates in Luzhou, Sichuan Province, as the research object to analyze thegroundwater forecast and treatment in tunnel construction process.This paper discussed the underground common forecast method and its advantagesand disadvantages during the tunnel construction at present; and summarized the maintypes of groundwater and its characteristics and damage; introduced the forecastprinciple of rock temperature method, operation method and forecast system. Based onthe west lake No.2tunnel, some main engineering geological problems in the tunnelconstruction process have been presented according to the preliminary geologicalinvestigation results, and determined the difficult sections, poor geology type anddistribution range through the complement of geological survey in and out the tunnel.Tunnel geological prediction scheme was also determined, and groundwater forecast hasbeen carried out to the tunnel difficult sections using the rock temperature method.According to the characteristics of tunnel karst, karst treatment measures were raised andmade the implementation plans. Through the control of the key techniques such as pipeconstruction and grouting process, the tunnel passed through the karst poor geologicalsection safety and successfully.The research results can accumulate experiences for the application of groundwaterforecast and karst treatment using the rock temperature method in the, and has a certainreference value. |
