The temperature crack problem is widespread in construction engineering, the temperature cracks caused a lot of harm to the structure. This paper studies carbon fiber reinforced concrete plate temperature cracks problem,One side of the bridge windshield near the road is reinforced by the carbon fiber reinforced concrete reinforcement plate,which is placed under the natural environment,according to the changing in orientation of sunshine a day,in a certain time,the other side of the bridge wind deflector is in shadow,another is in sunshine,or the carbon fiber reinforced concrete plate on one side is in the shadow, the other side of the bridge wind deflector is in the sunlight, or the carbon fiber reinforced concrete plate on one side is in the sunshine, the other side of the bridge wind deflector is in the shadow,or both side of the bridge wind deflector is in the sunlight at the same time, according to the situation of the three sunshine sets three temperature conditions, this article,using the finite element software FINAL,analyses cracking of the carbon fiber reinforced concrete plate. Due to the different temperature on both sides of the wind deflector and the different expansion of the different materials, made form deformation difference on both side of the wind deflector, in this paper, we study cracks of the carbon fiber reinforced concrete plate due to the mismatch of temperature deformation.About the material internal temperature gradient distribution model,there are some models,for example double broken line model, power function and exponential function model, etc. In order to simplify the calculation and analysis, this article does not study the effect of the carbon fiber reinforced concrete plate cracking caused by the material inside uneven distribution temperature producing thermal stress, reinforced concrete wind deflector unity will set a same temperature rise, the fiber reinforced concrete plate unity set a same temperature rise.When setting up the model,The connection between the fiber reinforced concrete plate and the reinforced concrete wind deflector is simplified to two limit connectivity conditions:(1) The connection between the fiber reinforced concrete plate and the reinforced concrete wind deflector is seted the common node, and the corresponding position sets bolt connection.(2) The connection between the fiber reinforced concrete plate and the reinforced concrete wind deflector is not seted the common node, just using the corresponding location of the bolt connection. Through the finite element analysis results:different sun azimuth, fiber reinforced concrete plate cracking is different; Under the same condition,fiber reinforced concrete plate produces cracks,steel fiber reinforced concrete plate less than the carbon fiber reinforced concrete plate; Fiber reinforced concrete plate fiber distribution and thickness of reinforcing plate cracking has certain influence.
