| Scholars about research on RC urved girder bridge, theoretical analysis, design andconstruction of box beams have made a lot of achievements, however the researchachievements in the relatively new rc curved box girder bridge are less, especially for theearthquake research results less rc curved box girder bridge, so the rc curved box girderBridges after the earthquake can not only perfect the theory of bridge structure design, canalso enrich type bridge structure, promote the popularization and application of curved boxgirder bridge, the bridge structure health, sustainable development has the vital significance.Based on the2013earthquake in gansu province as the background, a curved bridge forengineering after an earthquake in xi ’an, The paper firstly analysis of bridges in earthquakediseases systematically through inspection, the bridge disease inspection results, simple toinfer the possible reasons causing the bridge disease; Then using finite element softwareMIDAS/CIVAL several factors on the bridge disease of numerical analysis under two models,the curved box girder bridge is analyzed systematically in the structure under dead load,prestressing effect, ttemperature effect, different earthquake levels,the most unfavorable loadcombination of several conditions,draws a curved box girder bridge in these cases, thedistribution of internal force and the bearing constraint force, offset.Numerical analysis results of synthesis of curved box girder bridge disease inspectionappearance preliminary judgment results and bridge finite element software, comprehensiveanalysis of the system carried out the disease cause of bridges, The following conclusions:(1) As can be seen through the numerical analysis, two kinds of concrete curved boxbridge, the bridge under the model of bridge internal force distribution show the couplingeffect of curved girder bridge of typical bending and twisting;(2) Temperatures rise tie-beam increasing lateral force, side pier spacing device bearingcapacity is weak, the curve beam bridge, in temperature and other loads extremely easily,cause transverse spacing device damage;(3) According to the results of numerical analysis shows: the cross the bridge to theearthquake in the earthquake force and ele vated to seismic force to limit bearing little impact;By5kinds of the most disadvantageous load effect combination result, even under the normaloperating condition of Bridges without prestressing effect,6#bearing under transverse force is not less than907kN, this value is far greater than its transverse force carried by theextremum230kN, so, in the process of earthquake side pier bearing is easy to damage;(4) Two kinds of finite element numerical model on the basis of the curved box girderbridge internal force and bearing the corresponding analysis and evaluation, to determine therole of bridge diseases caused the main reason for the earthquake and internal force ofcumulative effect, bearing limit device is weak and the structure design is not reasonable.Based on conclude the reason of bridge disease puts forward suggestions and repair andreinforcement of the main contents of the bridge repair and reinforcement of the bridge;finally the success of the monitoring in the process of repair and reinforcement. |
