| Vapor compression distillation unit(VCD)is the key equipment of urinecollection and recycling treatment system of our country space station project, the sealingof the unit determines the performance and reliability of the equipment. The traditionalsealing can not satisfy the requirements of long service life, no leakage, high reliabilityand so on, based on the advantage of magnetic fluid sealing, the magnetic fluid sealingstructure are adopted.In the basis of understanding magnetic fluid property, the theory of magnetic fluidseal, the calculation formula of magnetic fluid and seal anti-pressure capacity as well asthe calculation formula of magnetic fluid sealing structure of permanent magnet aresystematically studied.Based on the principles of magnetic fluid seal design and theory, Magnetic fluid sealstructure was designed, such as pole piece, pole teeth, permanent magetism and so on.Using of ANSYS software in detail, analyzing the magnetic fluid seal structure,getting the lines of magnetic force distribution, the magnetic flux density vector diagram,the magnetic flux density cloud, sealing gaps equivalent magnetic field intensitydistribution curve, etc. and calculated the compression capacity of the sealing structure,fully demonstrated the rationality of the design of magnetic fluid seal structure.A parametric analysis module are developed by using the ANSYS parametric designlanguage, the shortcut keys are setted, analysis and post-processing of different modelscanbe completed automatically by using the software. with analysis repeatly, the scope oftooth height, tooth width and groove width are obtained, it provided the basis foroptimization of sealing structure.The optimization mathematical model of magnetic fluid seal structure areestablished and magnetic fluid seal structure is optimized by using MATLAB software,eventually the goal of reducing sealing structure weight are achieved.Figure43; Table4; Reference48... |
