Research On Intelligent Security Early Warning System For Construction Of Cable-stayed Bridges

The accidents of bridge construction occur frequently, so the potential safety hazard of bridge construction is a major concern. How to predict risk factors, and avoid the happening of the accidents, is a difficult problem for the bridge builders. This dissertation takes the cable-stayed bridge as the research object, and studies the theory of safety early warning system and intelligent early warning technology of the construction process of cable-stayed bridges. The main research results are as follows:(1)The dissertation makes a detailed analysis of typical bridge accidents which have taken place in recent twenty years, summarizes the characteristics and reasons of the bridge accidents, and analyzes several classic accident causation theories and attributes the causes of the bridge construction accidents to people, objects, environment and management. Then, the dissertation introduces several classical construction accidents of cable-stayed bridges, and presents the measures to reduce bridge construction accidents.(2)The dissertation establishes intelligent safety early-warning theory for construction of cable-stayed bridges. It presents the task of early warning system, the function of system and the composition content, and forms work process of the early-warning system. The early warning indicators system is established, including the principles of constructing early warning indicators system, the screening method of early warning indicators, the method of data processing, the criterion of safety early warning in the construction process of cable-stayed bridges and the method of warning.(3)Based on the Microsoft Visual Studio development platform, using Microsoft SQL Server database and C#language, the dissertation develops safety early warning software for construction of cable-stayed bridges. The software can establish a database system to realize the standardized management, analyzing the data intuitively and the intelligent alarm.(4)Taking Rugao Yangtze River Bridge as the background, the intelligent safety early warning system for construction of cable-stayed bridges is successfully applied to practical engineering.
