With the increasing scarcity of natural resources and increasingly severeenvironmental damage, energy saving and environmental protection may be the mostpopular words in the world as nature resources decreased. LED industry arises at thehistoric moment with the development of science and technology and energy saving issuesemerged,and human history of lighting is about to enter the fourth generation-LEDlighting era, which has a broad develop space and application prospect. High power LEDlighting has energy saving, high efficiency, environmental protection and many otheradvantages,so it is imperative to develop high power LED. As the bottleneck of the LEDindustry development, high power LED power supply problem is to be solved urgently.According to situation, In this paper a high power CC/CV LED power supply is designed.Whole scheme of the system is designed according to the design goal in this paper andworking principle is described in detail. As Main circuit is the core of the LED powersupply, half bridge converter is chosen as the main circuit based on the comprehensivecomparison of several common main circuits and its working principle is analyzed indetail.After circuit averaging method and the state-space averaging method is compared,circuit average method is used in modeling the ideal state of half bridge converter.Dynamiccharacteristics and stability simulation of the half bridge,influence of leakage inductance ofthe transformer and conduction loss in half bridge converter are studied in MATLAB.SG3525chip with its peripheral circuit, transformer, feedback circuit and PFC circuitdesign are also explainer in this article. Besides, the selection of MOSFET tubeselection and its drive circuit are described in briefly. Anti-jamming measures usedin the circuit for better performance and less harmonic pollution of power grid.In order to verify the feasibility of the system, simulation is produced in MATLAB inthe case of input voltage change, load change and blackouts. Feasibility of the designsystem is verified on the base of the simulation results. the design circuit diagram of LEDdriving power supply is draw up in Altium Designer after circuit principle analysis anddesign. According to the announcements and principles of making the PCB board,PCBboard is made and the circuit is debugged.
