During the running processes of contact pairs of Roller rotary compressor rotorsystem, often encounters bearing wear, bearing capabilities problems. Theseproblems are closely related to the bearing force and stress distribution condition,especially the friction and wear of eccentric crankshaft and roller contact pairs.Studyof friction and wear of the compressor contact pairs,analysis of the stress change ofwear, predict wear life value, has very important significance to improve performanceof the crankshaft wear.Rotary compressor rotor bearing system as the research object, by measuring thecrankshaft worn surface morphology characteristics, analysis of metallographicmicrostructure characteristics of crankshaft worn surface, determine the crankshafttype of wear. The analysis of the friction and wear mechanism of the rotor system,and through the contact pairs of compressor rotor system simulation analysis transientstress,focus on analysis of the crankshaft-roller eccentricity department to contact.The analysis of the friction and wear mechanism of the rotor system, and simulationanalysis of the eccentric crankshaft and roller contact. The experiment measured thequality wear is flange specimens under different condition. On this basis, the linefitting the wear rate and the relation between the surface pressure.Through thecomprehensive analysis to estimate crankshaft wear life value, the comparison of thewear life prediction between different contact conditions.The results show that the compressor crankshaft main types of wear to adhesivewear; variation of stress of crankshaft relevant node substantially uniform, showingperiodic change rule; overall contacting contact pressure and stress also has a periodicvariation; flange wear rate under test was adapted to the crankshaft formula; with theincrease of wear, acting on the crankshaft eccentric department contact stress also willincrease, decrease wear life value.
