| The anchor capstan HHP-4000PS, whose function is raising and droping the anchor,is a key component of the tugboat of Qinhuangdao port Ore Port, so its performancemakes a full impact on the working efficiency and the personal safety of the worker. Sothis dissertation researchs the stress, modal, buckling and fatigue analysis, and provides atheoretical base for the optimal design and reconstruction of anchor capstan HHP-4000PS.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The operating feature and the design parameters of anchor capstan HHP-4000PSare presented, and the components of the hydraulic system are selected. Then the modeland the number of the components of anchor capstan HHP-4000PS are done, and then itprovides a basis for the strength optimum design of anchor capstan HHP-4000PS.(2)According to operation condition and structure feature of anchor capstanHHP-4000PS, static stress and random vibration are analyzed, and buckling deformationof brake mechanism of anchor capstan HHP-4000PS is researched. Fatigue life of brakemechanism is predicted, and it provides a basis for performance analysis of brakemechanism of anchor capstan HHP-4000PS.(3)According to the flow equation of the plunger pump and the torque equation of thehydraulic motor, the state equation of pump control motor system is established. Thetransfer function, whose input and output are separately swing angle of plunger pump androtate speed of constant motor, is derived through Laplace Transfer. Taking adjusting timeand dynamic stiffness as performance indexes of pump–motor system, the influence of thedesign parameters on the dynamic performance is analyzed.(4)Taking the representative failure of anchor capstan HHP-4000PS in dailyoperation as example, the symptom space, the tracing, and the solution of the filure ofanchor capstan HHP-4000PS are analyzed, and then it provides a reliability basis on theusual operation for anchor capstan HHP-4000PS. |
