This article from the National High Technology Research and DevelopmentProgram(863Program)(2013AA031306):This project designs a torquay compositetube, the tube is made of a resin base material layer/carbon steel/cement basematerial layer/Resin based composite prestressed layer.Mainly around the interfacebetween FRP and concrete layer performance,steel and concrete layer interfaceperformance issues, reference on the basis of existing PCCP pipe productiontechnology, launched a experimental research and finite element analysis, the mainwork includes the following aspects:1. reference the existing production technology of composite pipe, through theexperimental study on the craftsmanship of interface between the FRP layer andconcrete layer, and produce specimens. Mainly the specimens are into two kinds asfollow: The first is directly pasted the fiberglass layeron on the outside of the concretecore;The second is to introduce an interface adaptation layer, which the majorcomponents are the hydrophilic resin,between the FRP layer and concrete layer.2. Through the experimental study on the interface between steel and cast-in-situconcrete layer of the production process,set up three samples: The first is directlypouring concrete on the outside of the steel layer;The second category isintroduction a resin layer between steel and concrete layer;The third category is tointroduce an interface adaptation layer, which the major components are resin andthe reinforcing particles, between the stel layer and concrete layer.3. Test the interfacial shear properties of the test specimens by compressive sheartest and analysis test results.Summed up the adaptation layer production processmeets the requirements of the interfacial strength.And in the steel and concreteinterface adapter layer, Research on the effect of resin thickness on the interfacialstrength.4. In actual production, it will have a lateral pressure on steel sleeve forconcrete pouring,Use the finite element software ANSYS,The nonlinear bucklinganalysis was carried out on the steel sleeve.
