With the Tesla Model-s pure electric vehicle(EV) off the pure electric vehiclesworldwide boom, revealing EV is a practical way as one of the most thorough methodto alleviate the energy and environmental crisis. Vehicle control technology as themost critical of EV, is an important part of the route for China’s "three vertical andthree horizontal" new energy vehicle development. This article is based on "EV democar development project" which conducted by Wuhan University of Technology and asemiconductor company. In this thesis, the following tasks:First analyze the functional requirements of the vehicle CAN networks based onthe EV power system structure and working principle. Develop the vehicle CANcommunication matrix, design a virtual simulation in the CANoe for the matrix, andverify and improve the matrix based on the simulation results.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the VCU, build hardwarecircuit design architectures. We select a high-performance car class32bit chip fromSpansion microcontroller. Design the smallest system; design CAN bus and SPIcommunication circuit based on EV communication needs; design sensor signalacquisition and driver module circuit. what’s more, apply a number of hardwareanti-jamming measures.For mechanical brake and motor brake in parallel, EV brake are divided into:mild brake, moderate brake and emergency brake. Then design gaining maximumbraking energy and fuzzy control control strategy for different braking.Vehicle fault is divided into three grades by severity and duration of the failure,and accordingly developed a high-voltage power strategy. Design driving modeswitching mode based energy management, vehicle fault grades, vehicle drivingconditions and driver behavior. For different driving mode, developed acorresponding torque management strategy. Describe the vehicle control strategyimplemented in software, and add the corresponding anti-jamming design.At last Perform debugging before loading based USBCAN card and LabVIEWPC software; conduct bench debugging in the AVL bench.
