Recently, processing the construction of pier in water is applied for theconstruction of large-scale bridges. However, risks are easy to happen during thiskind of construction procedure and the harm caused by the accident is quite big. Theconstruction of1st pier foundation of Ying wuzhou Yangzi River Bridge in Wuhanadopts steel sheet pile cofferdam construction technology. Predicted and unpredictedconstruction risks exist in the procedure of production and assembly, putting down toriver, floating insert, sinking and so forth. Risks and accidents appear in any one ofthese links can cause the whole procedure of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction,which can do huge harm to the safety of bridge construction. Hence, it is necessarythat the analysis of pier construction in water of steel sheet pile cofferdam should bedeveloped, and corresponding precautions should be proposed. This paper, which isbased on the theory of level-variation coefficient, calculates the weights of everyconstruction stage of the whole bridge. Then, the obtained biggest risky weight is theconstruction stage of steel sheet pile cofferdam. According to this construction stage,the research of effective risky precautions is processed. Main contents are as follows:1. Processing the analysis of construction risk for Yingwuzhou Yangzi RiverBridge. Applying hierarchical matrix method, calculated result is that the constructionstage of the biggest risky weight is construction of1st pier foundation. Then, risk of1st is analysed by using the method of coefficient variation. After calculating, theconstruction process that has the biggest risky weight is steel sheet pile cofferdamconstruction. Feedback is proved at the construction site, and consistent conclusionsare obtained.2. Research of construction risky precautions of Yingwuzhou Yangzi RiverBridge. System of construction risky precaution of Yingwuzhou Yangzi River Bridgeis proposed. The measures of risky precautions of construction quality andconstruction safety are elaborated in details. Based on the analytical results oflevel-variation coefficient, reasonable measures of risky precautions are proposed for1st pier foundation, which has the meaning of guidance for construction. |
