| In order to meet astronomers’ desire for knowledge of deep space, engineers devote themselves to innovating telescope construction technologies, including increasingly bigger caliber, more sensitive detector and wider distributed range on earth. Meanwhile, these developments made telescope more complex and higher construction costs, or in another word high maintenance difficulty and operating costs. So to raise the observing efficiency and reduce the observing costs, this thesis designed a fault diagnosis system for large telescope, which could give assistance in telescope failure prevention and maintenance.Firstly, the thesis gave the blueprints of whole fault diagnosis system based on Oriented-Object design and framework design, and the problems must be considered during this period. Then it introduced the design detail of modules of system, which consists of distributed log service, intelligentdiagnosisexpert system and fault status3D display module.In the part of intelligentdiagnosis expert system, which comprised two methods for diagnosing failure including fault tree analysis and neural network, the thesis discussed the detailed design, processingand the improvement of both methods. And the test result of these two methodsproved the availability.The innovations of this thesis are:A fault diagnosis system based on oriented-object and framework methods had been designed, which met the requirement of reusable, reliable and expandable.A distributed log service had been designed, which could not be only used in fault diagnosis but also in other distributed control system.An expandableintelligentdiagnosis expert system, which comprised two tested methods, had been designed.A3D status display module had been designed. And it is adaptable for all the control systems in which the status interactions are necessary. |
