Steel Reinforced Concrete Column is a kind of composite column which makessteel embedded Reinforced Concrete. In the recent years,SRC columns are wildly usedin the multi-storey building, especially in the high-rise building for these advantages ofhigh load-bearing capacity, big stiffness, good resisting seismic and good fire resistance. However, the seisimic performance of SRC columns after exposure to fire would bedeteriorated because of the loss of mechanical properties of concrete under hightemperature. To reveal the impact of fire exposure on the seismic performance of SRCcolumns,it is necessary to make systematic researches on the fire resistance and post-firebehavior of SRC columns, which has important practical value.Based on the thermal and mechanical properties of concrete and steel both intemperature rise period and after the period of fire exposure, the FEM softwareABAQUS was used to calculate the hysteretic lateral load versus lateral displacementrelations based on full process analysis, the results of temperature field and hystereticbehavior of SRC columns after fire exposure have been verified by the experimentaldatas. Based on this assessment, parametric analysis was carried out to analyze hystereticbehavior of fired SRC columns by the tested, this paper discusses the effects of fireduration time、load ratio、slenderness ratio、steel ratio、steel strength grade、concretestrength grade on the hysteretic behavior of fired SRC columns.
