With the State Grid’s "strong smart grid" objectives,the construction of smartgrid has developped fast,put forward new demands on the power grid construction,management,operation,marketing,and supply services.Dispatching and manipulatebecome more and more frequently and complicated.It asks for higher academiclevel of the dispatchers. One of the main causes of the accidents of the powernetwork is Mistakes in judge, operation or the dispatching because ofill-considered.Therefore,smart prevention error operation technology research inregional power dispatch being created as the times require.This paper introduces the intelligent dispatching error prevention technologyresearch trends, discussion and analysis of the overall design principles, programs,functionality and architecture of all, focusing on smart anti-error constraintmechanism and scheduled to run error prevention technology implementation andapplication of the research. Applied in practice through scheduling run errorprevention technology can effectively prevent the scheduling staff scheduling andcentralized control officers mistakenly remote misuse.
