According to State Grid Corporation “the Twelfth Five-Year Plan” intelligentnetwork planning, the main objective of the distribution of intelligent building in thetwelfth Five-year period is carrying out the construction of distribution automation andregulation of integrated intelligent technical support system, so that the power supplyreliability, grid operation efficiency and power quality in area can be overall enhanced.At present, the power quality problems are mainly embodied in voltage fluctuation andflicker, excessive harmonic, lack of reactive power capacity, three-phase unbalanced load,and the negative impact of the current sequence. These issues not only affect the powercompany’s power devices but also the impact on the electrical safety of customers andline losses are very serious. Among them, the lack of reactive power compensation andthree-phase power load imbalance is most prominent.The main subject of Thesis is Zigzag transformer, active power filter(APF) anddynamic reactive compensation technology, and through a combination of these types ofpower electronics technology to develop a distribution network power qualityoptimization integrated device to solve the problems of three-phase voltage imbalance indistribution network, reactive power compensation and harmonic control, so that thepower quality of the distribution network can be improved and the safety and economicoperation of distribution network can be ensured. This paper Combined with the featureof low-voltage distribution characteristic of Hebei Southern Electric Power Network toselect multiple low-voltage distribution test point for collecting field data. Throughanalysis and summary of the situation on-site collection, then record the original powerquality data including reactive data, three-phase voltage, phase current at different timepoints, three-phase power factor, and neutral current power factor. The actual operationshows that The device performance is stable and reliable in function, interference levels,control and other aspects.
