Electricity is one of the major energy of human society, it has an inseparablerelationship with our life and production. In addition, energy consumption andassociated infrastructure accounted for a large proportion of electricity in the nationaleconomy. However, there is widespread lack of high-voltage power substation areadistribution stations, substations and capacity-load ratio is too low, it does not meetthe N-1principle, and seriously affected the quality of power supply the regionalpower grid and anti-accident ability to surprise. Data released by the NationalDevelopment and Reform Commission in2012showed that, in2011,the gap betweenChina’s electric power supply and demand has been up to30million kilowatts, thecountry has24provinces with varying degrees of trouble brownouts pull phenomenon.On the one hand, due to the limited power shortage caused by electricity production;On the other hand, because the grid structure is irrational, unscientific substation site,making it difficult to meet load growth requirements, the two reasons lead to thephenomenon that it has no power to send. So, how to properly conduct a reasonablesubstation site has become one of the hot topics of current research staff.Choosing a perfect substation site is an important part of network planning, itplays a crucial role on stability of the whole economy, efficiency and security of gridoperation. On the basis of evaluation of the design ideas and analyze various factorsaffecting the northern town of Xiayi220kV substation substation sites clear indicatorsystem on addressing scheme, built the northern town of Xiayi220kV substationstation site evaluation index system program, on this basis, the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model based on AHP and entropy weight method combinationempowerment; Finally, comprehensively evaluating the three candidate station sitesby use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model established for the northern townXiayi220kV substation, the result showed that the first one was the optimal solution.It has a practical significance for this paper to meet the growing demand load of Xiayi,improve quality and reliable power to protect its economic development, and optimizeits network structure.
