With the rapid development of China’s economy, the security of power supplybecomes a criterion of measuring the city’s modernization. The cable tunnel and cablebracket become the main channel during construction of power lines, and the cablebracket is used. As metal cable bracket with energy-intensive, process complicated,and poor security, it will caused great problems on the power security. So, the cablebracket with composite materials become the development trend of the current powersecurity.In this paper, cable bracket was chosen for the study, based on compositematerial finite element theory and the finite element analysis of composite materials, athree-dimensional finite element model of the composite cable bracket was built, andits nonlinear static analysis also elaborated composite cable bracket mechanicalproperties and economy, the result shows: the degree of deformation of compositecable support bracket with the growth of cable length increases, and showed a trendnonlinear. From the perspective of the entire curve trend, deformation trend in linewith the cable bracket deformation of the cantilever structure; maximum stresspositions composite cable bracket appears in the corner of the ribs and the fixed end,the actual project should be concerned; The maximum deformation of the compositecable support decreases with increasing number of layers, the maximum stress in thecable holder and increases the number of layers increases. With the increase of thethickness of the cable holder, the maximum deformation of the correspondingincrease of the overall structure, the maximum stress is reduced accordingly; cablescompared to metal stents, stent composite cable has excellent mechanical properties,electrical properties and chemical stability resistance, and corrosion resistance, agingresistance, flame retardant, does not produce eddy current losses, and comply with theprinciples of environmental protection, can effectively control the quality of products,improve product efficiency.
