| In the development of power system in Qinhuangdao, each subsystem is outfittedwith a network management system according to the phased demand to achieve differentfunctions. However, because these network management systems of subsystems areproduced by different manufacturers, and the development standards of eachmanufacturer are not unified, it is difficult to comply system compatible and informationsharing.To achieve the unified management and monitoring of power systemcommunication network in the entire region, it is necessary to build a comprehensivemonitoring system which can include network management subsystems of all the region.Firstly, this paper introduces the current research progress of the powercommunication network monitoring system at home and abroad, and represents fourkinds of typical physical structures and information structures that are widely used in thepower communication network monitoring system, especially for the physicalconfiguration, function structure and information model.Secondly, the design goals, design requirements and the main technical indicators ofthe comprehensive monitoring system are given in the paper. Then we make a globaldesign of the overall structure, the central station structure and the hub structure.What’s more, four kinds of hub structure programs and the key technology ofdesigning the monitoring system are introduced in the paper.Finally, this paper introduces the hardware and software configuration of thecomprehensive monitoring system. The real-time monitoring software is also describedin details. The five function requirements of the comprehensive monitoring system arerepresented in the paper. According to the monitored situation by the run window, it canbe seen that the intended functions of the comprehensive monitoring system are realized. |
