This article studied cement kiln waste heat power generation technology atdomestic and abroad, brief introduced cement production process and features ofwaste heat in cement industry, introduced common generating technical indicators,brief description cogeneration system thermal equilibrium calculation process.The study based on the feature of flue gas in pure low-temperature cement kiln,used actual cement production data of5000t/d, analyzed power generation,boilerwaste heat utilization,thermal efficiency of waste heat power generationsystem,exhaust gas temperature effected by evaporation pressure in waste heat powergeneration which single pressure or dual-pressure; further analysis evaporationpressure effected by flue gas temperature waste heat in single pressure ordual-pressure system.
