Since1998,the rural power grids has made significant results in the countryincluding Baoding power companies,Rural power grid renovation project in ruralareas to optimize and outstanding contribution to the development of rural economy,fruits, rural power grids in rural areas of the country suffered in thesweetness..However, The demand for electricity and the rural status of rural powergrid caused endless contradictions and problems have seriously affected the securityand stability of the rural network. So, Baoding power company is pressing for a newround of rural power grids project to promote the upgrading of rural power network,easing power supply and demand, to solve the current problem.This article is based on a new round of upgrading rural power grids in thebackground, learning from the initiatives of rural power grids,and then put forwardthe reason of rural power grids Problem in the process of transformation;it putsforward affordability and operational capacity of rural power grids engineeringcontents that suit to Baoding of analyze the current development status and ruralnetwork of Baoding and its surrounding areas of social-economic, which includesthe use of electricity elasticity coefficient method Baoding rural power futureelectricity load forecasting, agricultural supply companies listed Baoding networkupgrading project basis, principles, objectives,scope,and applied to specific case ofa detailed introduction to the engineering design content; Finally, the use of certainmethods respectively Baoding power company to upgrade rural power grids frominvestment and social perspectives the effect of the implementation of the projectobjective, detailed evaluation, and thus to the development of rural power supplycompany of Baoding outlook accordingly.
