Study On Planning And Arrangement Of Forest City Construction Of Linhai

With the fast development of urbanization in China, people pay more and more attention to ecological environment; and their request to improve the habitat environment becomes more and more urgent. As we all know, the forest is the "lung" of the earth. It is the backbone to balance the environment. The construction of forest city is not only the premise of the building of ecological civilization, but also the vital direction of the development of Chinese cities and one of the symbols of human civilization and the city’s prosperity. With the key concept of "ecological construction, ecological safety and ecological civilization", the construction of forest city is the important content of sustainable development strategy.Wenzhou-Taizhou coastal city group is one of the three city economical circles in Zhejiang province. Linhai locates in the important area of this city group, and one of the two "hearts" of Taizhou. At the same time, Linhai is one of the national cities of historical and cultural interest, a key city for tourists in the southeast of Zhejiang province, and a national garden city. It plays an important role in politics, economy, culture and ecology. Thus, the scientific planning and systematically research in how to realize the sustainable, fast, balanced and healthy development of economy of Linhai; and balancing the ecological construction and the economical development seems especially vital.This thesis specifies the theories and practice of programming forest city constructions from abroad and at home. Roundly and detailedly analyzes the areas, forest resources and the present situation of urban greening in Linhai. Scientifically and reasonably evaluates the level of forest city construction as well. The writer gives out an overall arrangement for forest city construction------one core, two wings, three axis and scenery points. It discusses how to improve the using of forest structure, the arrangement and function on the basis of reasonably protect the existing resources of forest structure. In order to realize sustainable development of the city and provide some references for other cities, the thesis also gives out corresponding countermeasures and safeguards.
