Space truss structure as a kind of convenient construction, which is applying to the structure of industrial production, has been widely used in industrial workshop.But when it is set suspension crane as an industrial building lifting transport equipment, which results the network frame fatigue problem that hasn’s been few studied, lacking of experimental data in the system.The fatigue load spectrum is the important basis of strength test of space truss structure and research of fatigue damage. The fatigue load spectrum of suspension crane hoisting is the focus of the study of fatigue load spectrum of the spatial grid structure.The contradiction between the actual demand and lack of theory greatly limits the suspension crane in the application of the space truss structure.In order to solve this problem, the main work which is made by this paper is as follows;1."Through consulting a large number of documents, the paper detailed introduces the fatigue load spectrum at home and abroad and the development in the field of dynamics.2.This article lists the domestic examples of space truss structureset which sets the project case of suspension crane in recent years and lists some technical parameters of hanging crane.3.Based on the assumed that the structure laboratory of Taiyuan University of Technology laboratory will set up suspension crane.By using design software Mstcad of space truss structure,this paper made a model of the space truss structure.4. On the basis of consulting a large number of data, drawing lessons from other areas of load spectrum compiling method, for the first time, the paper used the finite element analysis software MIDAS and compliled the fatigue spectrum of suspension crane hoisting of the designed space truss structure and drawed the process control of hoisting load curve. The rain flow counting method is used to count the key hoisting point load curve.And this paper drew the corresponding frequency histograms and cumulative frequency curve.This paper preliminary discusses the feasibility of setting of compiling fatigue load spectrum by theory of space truss structure which hanging crane crane.and provides a certain basis for the purpose of space truss structure strength test and fatigue damage research provides a certain basis.
