Reactive power optimization refers to the structure of the system parameters and loadconditions given, reactive power and equipment under the more abundant, or by adjusting theoutput of the generator terminal voltage adjusting transformer taps, changing reactive powercompensation device output and other measures to adjust the system trends, to meet all of thespecified constraints of the premise, to make one or more of the system’s performance whenoptimal reactive power regulation means. City reactive power optimization control is theactual operation of urban power grid loss of high and low voltage levels of effective solutions,but also an important part of the power distribution automation, this paper Liaoyang controlreactive power optimization problem is studied and discussed.This paper presents a comprehensive optimization network loss, voltage level and thevoltage stability of multi-objective optimization model of reactive power, the use ofmulti-objective genetic algorithms to solve the proposed reactive power optimization modeland validate the proposed model by multiple studies and mathematical methods correctness.Finally, according to the characteristics of the actual operation of the power grid in Liaoyang,the example of Liaoyang is analysed in this paper.
