Research On Building Programs Of Financial Data Center Of Huachuang And Performance Evaluation

Research on efficient, safe,reliable, economical construction plan for data center, and a scientific evaluation forcomprehensive program, is ensure for the smooth implementation of the investmentproject and to the primary task of achieve the desired effect of building.On the basis of the research background and research significance, the essay analyzes the research status and proposes the research content,the ideas and the innovation of this paper. Then describes the relevant theories including data center construction and the related evaluation methods. Then the study presents the principles, objectives and techniques of Huachuang financial data center construction.It analyzes the concrete content of theoperational program at the aspects of building construction, schedule control, quality management and so on, which lays a good foundation for the work of program constructioneffectively.On the basis of the study program, the essay establishes a comprehensive performance evaluation system for the program and sets up a relatively complete and comprehensive evaluation index system of the science data center solutions,for each indicator, itexplains the meaning of specific indicators and makes the G1method as an indicator empowerment approach. Also it takes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the evaluation model. Then the implementation of the program was evaluated to verify the validity and feasibility of the method. Evaluation results show that the scheme can meet the needsof practical work, with high feasibility.
