Static security analysis is an important high-level application software modules ofenergy management system (EMS) for power system. The data measurement andtransmission error, as well as a large number of new energy sources like as wind power,solar power, lead to the presence of randomness and uncertainty of the power systemoperational status. Power system static security analysis without account random factorshas been difficult to meet the application requirements. This paper analyzes the randomnature of the wind speed of the wind farm, researches the random output power of thewind farm, and proposes the problem of probabilistic static security analysis for powersystem. Excellent robustness Monte Carlo method is applied on solving the probabiliticpower flow, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model and method isverified through the IEEE-118system test results.
