| Wind turbine system which is the most important component of the wind turbine iscomposed of blades, low-speed shaft and hub. In the process of operation, besides theidentified loads, the wind turbine system also suffers unpredictable random loads, so thedynamic analysis of wind turbine systems is of great significance to improve thereliability and stability of the wind turbine.In this paper, the horizontal axis wind turbine system with variable speed and pitchwas used as research object. The main research includes:(1) On the basis of thecalculation of the aerodynamics, aerodynamic model, wind speed model and structuraldynamics model of1.5MW wind turbine with variable speed and pitch are built withFAST software;(2) the aerodynamic load, gravity load and centrifugal load that theblades suffered under the function of turbulent as well as the shear and moment indirection of flapwise and edgewise that the low speed shaft suffered are calculated andanalyzed;(3) With the application of MATLAB, a lot of time domain charts ofparameters on aerodynamic characteristics of wind turbine in process of whichwind-speed and pitch angle changed, such as rotor blade tip speed ratio, blade tipdeflection, blade pitch angle, rotor azimuth angular speed, rotor power coefficient and soon, are drawn. By means of those time domain charts, aerodynamics theory on changingrotor speed and pitch angle of wind turbine was analyzed. The simulation results willprovide a reliable basis and recommendations for design and optimization of windturbine. |
